Seneca Auto Body was open late, very convenient for those who are busy/working. When I arrived, Robert was very welcoming and helpful. He took the time to remove the damage from my car in simply a few minutes. It was such a simple task for him that he did this out of goodwill. Despite it being a simple task on his end, he doesn't know that I was very distressed about this all week and he made my day by helping me out so last minute and without an appointment. The owner Robert is a great guy and will definitely stick to his word. I went in to install some modifications to my car (a service they don't usually provide) and he walked me through how he could get it done, along with the calculation of price. The price is reasonable, given the body shop market, and everything was installed correctly. They even gave my tires a good wash after!

Rob is always very helpful and customer centric. We used Seneca in Port Credit 3 separate times and always had great service at very fair cost. We highly recommend Rob.

Robert and his team did amazing job fixing my Toyota Matrix after hit and run. When I got a car I couldn't believe how presentable and new the car looks like.. Robert went through the filing the claim for my rear bumber with me and the insurance adjuster with no problem even though it was over a month after the accident. After it was done, he has loaned me a suitable car until mine is fixed.

The owner, Robert, was honest and upfront. He kept to his word unlike the previous garage out vehicle was held at. He went above and beyond and we felt like he actually cared to make sure we were happy and informed instead of just making a quick easy buck from the insurance company. Robert was such a pleasure to deal with- I live close by, had a flat tire. Within 15 minutes of calling him, he was looking at my car and fixing my flat. Seneca was really quick for roadside assistance as I needed my car to be towed and they bring it to the nearest location that was more convenient for me. Richard was great!

I visited the shop for my Car and the staff assisted me really well and I was completed satisfied with the service.

The man that helped me was extremely nice. He immediately came out to the car to take a look and fixed my car door with his hands in minutes. He wouldn’t accept payment and was such a pleasant person to deal with. God bless people like him, we need more people like that in this world. I was given the name of Seneca Auto Body as being able to fix a small dent in my car. Robert looked at me and then my car and immediately quoted me an exorbitant price telling me everything that had to be done to fix the dent. Taking off the passenger door when the dent was in another area, and repainting it !!!! He said he would provide a written quote for my insurance which I did not need as I would be paying myself. When I told him the price was much too high it suddenly came down significantly, but still higher than what I felt was reasonable. I would never use Seneca Auto for anything and certainly cannot recommend them to anyone for any kind of work.

I first found Robert in 2002, since then he has worked on my various vehicles throughout the years whenever a mishap has occurred, he has never disappointed and always performed quality work at reasonable pricing. At one point I had rust on my truck and Robert cut out the rust, welded in new metal and repainted it perfectly, he even provided me the pictures of the work that was done. Something that you would never see from a chain body shop. Fantastic guy and team!

I don’t normally write reviews although felt inclined to do one this time. My car was unfortunately hit while parked on the road a few days ago and the person who hit it recommended Seneca Auto Body. Robert and the team were incredibly quick, efficient and detail oriented. My car was in and out within a couple days! Their customer service and positive energy was contagious and very much appreciated (especially under unexpected circumstances like your car being hit). Grateful to the woman who hit me for recommending this shop and now hopeful that this review will reach whoever it needs to (especially if you’ve found yourself and your car) in an unfavourable situation.
